Guarantees may be voided for, among other reasons, Web sites that have downtime for one day or more, Web sites that have been altered after they have been optimized by Design Pro, Web sites that are cloned, or that do not use 301 for redirects.

Any and all package Web Design Specials advertised on Craig's List are subject to design services based on pricing priorities. All websites contracted at full Design Pro pricing will have absolute priority over any and all advertised packages.

Priority pricing will supersede lesser design services. Design Pro reserves the right to enjoy a 60 day lead time prior to beginning construction of any pre-paid special from the date of full payment. Any and all refunds deemed applicable by Design Pro LLC shall be returned in full within 90 days from original payment date.

Any and all advertised specials are Basic Websites. No extras - 5 pages - Home - About Us - Contact Us - 25 links per page and 2 more pages of your choice. Any Extras are subject to $45.00 an hour including RSS feeds - Rollovers - Slide Shows - Audio - Video - or more than 5 graphics per page are additional.

For optimization packages ("Top 10 Search Results service"), Jerry Anderson/Design Pro guarantees a minimum number of top ten listings in one or more of 12 search engines within 10 months from completion date. Most engines will index your site in about three (3) months, but it takes time to gain the popularity and ranking needed to compete using competitive phrases. Design Pro will only submit keywords to search engines in the United States. The search engines included are: AOL®, AlltheWeb®, AltaVista™,Ask.com ® (formerly known as AskJeeves.com®), Google®, Hotbot®, Looksmart®, Lycos®, MSN®, Netscape®, and Yahoo!®.
